Meh, that's been done before, but they also added the rest of a GM vehicle too.

You do know that's the styling exercise for the mondeo? nothing to do with mustang at all (although it may pick up some of the design cues in the future, if this car ever makes it to production).

That's zackly what my Mom, who's been in the auto industry since the late 70's, said.  You can't move forward with retro designs.

As much as I dislike the new Camaro, GM's about the best retro/modern look out there.  I can see that car being improved upon for several years cause they weren't so reliant on the retro look like Pferd & Dodge.
