Looks like an Edge and a Mustang had an illegitimate child.

Mustangs always went from good looking to complete horrendous crap, all they're doing is staying true to the heritage.   :D

Man this thing is ugly :rotz:  :eek2:  :puke:

I like it, very nice looking but they should just release it under a different name instead of Mustang.

I wonder if they had old drawings as both were once owned by Ford.

I was just thinking the exact same thing.

Even though I like it, I wouldn't really consider it a Mustang.

The Mustang will not be discontinued, sales and the cars following is to big, unless you live under a rock you know a stone stock 2011 & up plane GT runs into the 12's as it sits. They wanted to kill it around 1990 or so with the probe! what a piece that thing was. Sorry i like the new retro Mustang, and i have had a few when Mopar was all about front wheel drive. Now as far as the Camaro, no i do not care for it. :Twocents:

Kinda like Chrysler did with the Charger. Man this thing is ugly :rotz:  :eek2:  :puke:

This is precisely what Ive been saying since the first "retro" Mustang came out in 2004. When you go back and try to recreate what is essentially the best looking incarnation of the car, it doesn't leave you with anywhere to go when THAT model has run its course. At least they didn't try a Mustang II retro-design...

looks like a Hyundai Genesis a little.  but no, I don't like it and they should do something else.

I was just starting to like the new Mustang again, now they do this....

It's hard to satisfy those folks who have to have the newest/latest, it's hard to sell them a new $40K car that looks just like a cheaper used '10 that doesn't look much different than an even cheaper '05. They'll eventually do the same thing with the Challenger.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

I like it but i agree, it doesn't look like a Mustang. With the current retro though, where do they go? As said above I wouldn't want to see a Mustang II reincarnation.

I dunno, the Cobra II was pretty cool back in the day... :nana:

Looks like a Buick to me or possibly a BMW. Not a Mustang.
My 1969 Charger. RIP......Rest in pieces.

Nothing wrong with updating it, but all those concepts look too far off the originals.
