Seems everything i have i wrong then.

i have this installed on my transmission, is this mounted in the hole there the kickdown bracket would be?
And the horizental hole there the gear lingake bracket would be?
Dont kickdown linkage and gear linkage block ethother?

Possible to see a photo down on the trans with both linkage installed?

I've never seen a bracket like that; the correct bracket (19-48-46 in the diagram above) mounts in the ear behind your bracket and the bolt hole is used for the KD pivot shaft.

That trans bracket is from a C-Body. The 904 and 727 trans brackets are also different than each other for a 66-70 B-Body
