Turnsignal/Running Light etc Wiring Harness (look at this mess) where to buy

My '68 Charger for some reason the turn signal and running light wiring on the passenger side where hacked

I think I need some type of harness, but not sure which(I seen people here talk about the forward harness vs the one that goes into the bulkhead) On my Coronets I know its just one harness the Charger seem a little more complex

With that being said can anyone direct me where to purchase the running/parking light for the valance, the side marker light and a new harness?
