I attended a movie shoot this weekend and my Charger will be used in several scenes in an upcoming movie. The name of the movie hasn't been chosen but is about "The Candyman", a serial killer that preyed on kids in Houston during the early 70's. I know, sucky topic, but what the hell, but a movie is just a movie and my car got to be in it.

Congrats on your car being chosen for the movie. I have lived in the Houston area all my life except my time on active duty (USMC 66-70) and I don't recall that particular case. I do seem to remember a serial killer called the 'candyman' though.  I will say that the '70's were pretty much a blur for me anyway!  :-)

Yep, Movie cars rule. I remember the day mine was considered in the remake of "Night of the living dead".

Thats really neat, is it a major role or just a background prop?  :popcrn:

One scene was filmed with actress & camera in the car. One scene with the car in front of the house. A couple scenes driving up and driving away. It should make it through editing. The actress in the car was Mary Wirth. She is the lady that escaped in the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre-1974. I think she was portraying the killers' grandmother.

That's really cool. I remember a movie shoot in Brooklyn. They were setting up for the shoot. The entire block was lined with 60s and 70s cars. I wish I had my camera.
