I have a '69 w/power drum brakes and want to convert it to power discs. I have read alot on this forum about how to make it happen and have aquired most of the parts to do so. what i do not have is a master cyl. and booster for a disc brake car.

Do I need a factory '69 bendix booster? will another year booster and master cyl. work? BTW I am more concered with fuctionality rather than originality.  I am a new charger owner and new to this site if this has already been covered please direct me to that  thread. Any help is appreciated.

If you live in NorCal I have a complete disc brake setup that will fit your charger, comes with master cylinder and porportioning valve, also upper control arms, it all came off a 72 dart. if your in the Sacramento area send me a PM.

1972 BACK will NOT work as it is small bolt pattern. ONLY 1973-76 A-body stuff will work on a B-body.
SS brake corp should be able to help you in other choices besides factory on the Booster/Master cyl. set up.

If you use a 69 master cylinder I would recommend using the 69 booster w/portioning valve.

using a 69 master and booster :shruggy: was my initial plan but it seems your either paying 300+shipping for a repop or 450 for a rebuilt from booster dewey. is their a low buck option, or do I bite the bullet.

Bite the bullet.
