[3rd gen] Torker II, Dual Snorker and Holley carb. Will it fit?

I have a '71 Bee with a PowerBulge hood. A friend of mine is about to buy my car, and is gathering some parts.
I just bought a Holley 4150, 4780-2, 800cfm double pumper carburetor to replace mine (it's shot), but I had a chrome air cleaner, and the next owner wants to install a dual snorker air cleaner.
I took some measurements tonight, but don't think they are usable (I don't have any dual snorker).
My buddy told me he will have to install a spacer because dual snorkers don't fit on Holley carbs. I also have a Torker II intake manifold.
So... Has anyone tried :
- Torker II
- Holley 4150
- Spacer
- Dual Snorker air filter
under a powerbulge hood? It looks like a small part in the middle of the hood not far from the firewall will cause some trouble...
