I figured there HAD to be more "Mopar" guys over there than one guy. His prices would reflect different though it would seem.

Yea, well he's considered the guy here in Germany for Mopars, and also sell a lot of parts, etc.

Do you have a "local" Mopar club you can lean on?  Putting that engine in and exhaust on yourself with a couple of like minded and knowledgable helpers could be a great way to learn a bunch about your car and interact with fellow enthusiasts at the same time.
