How does the e brake cable join the e brake and are their parts needed?

Just 6T9 CHGR

The cable end is attached to the lever assy with a clevis pin & clip.
Cant really see it on this pic however...




 The cable itself is retained to the lever assy with a metal clamp & bolt circled in the picture

I have looked all over trying to find the pin, and the clamp - who has that stuff?

Are third gen e brake assemblies (for manual transmission) the same as in automatic transmission?
Are they the same as in E-Bodies?
