Maybe she doesn't know what it is really worth?

Or, revenge on her, since it's a cell # and says call anytime. She'll have to get a new number.

Can't be real, probably someone just wanting to flood that girl's phone as a prank.   Thus the 'any time of the day or night' addendum.   The girl probably can't take the ad down so she's just responding 'sold' so people will go away.
