seatbelt bracket covers

looking for the seatbelt bracket covers, that cover the metal part of the seatbelt, for bucket seats, where they bolt beside the console, on my 69.

thats actually not what I need. These are hinge covers, for the seat. What I need is what goes on the seatbelt, where it connects to the floor.

I bought some on ebay also. What I noticed are that some have a pebble texture and some are smooth. Which ones are OEM correct

on a 68-69  all were  pebble grain   as far as i know
