Any you guys ever had someone come up to you at a cruise or show and tell YOU how badass YOUR ride was when YOU took THEM for a ride way back when?  and you've never met them?

I hadda 5.0 Mustang once, and got a little bit of a reputation about 15 years ago with it. Anyway, I decide to sell the damn thing to finance the Build on the Dart that now sits in the garage with two flat tires.

While I had it, that stang was a big ol POS, as everybody always seemed to tell me so. once I got rid of it however, All I ever hear are stories about how badass that white car was, and some of the stories I hear from folks I have never even met, much less took for rides...?

Never had that but I used to hear every now and again about some car I never raced kicking my ass.
