Nope. I`m not trying to have a confrontation nor do I want or have the time for any. I haven`t had that General in my sig for years. I have a nice green 69 now lol. I am over the General Lee thing. I have had 4 of them.

First and formost, I do apologize if I rattled your cage.  My last post was in response to cdr.  And you are right, this car has not been introduced into that thread, but the topic has.  According to your subject heading, you asked if it was legal, not about opinions on the car.  That is why I'm recommending that we continue that discussion there.  Now if you want opinions on the car itself, then this thread is appropriate.

i saw this one on ebay and was shocked. just out in the open about the rebody too. By the way it took me a minute to realize Kikgas.. the guy that posted right after your original post- what he was referring to with the link was a similar discussion about a daytona that was being rebodied, NOT the R/T you posted the link to. I first thought the same thing.. and was like wait. a daytona.. this says just R/T 4 speed. but it's 2 different cars, similar thing happening to both. I think your post is fine, in fact i was just about to post about the car this afternoon when i saw you already had.

I feel that the post is fine right where it is. It is "interesting" at best to see more perspectives on this subject. It brings more people into the circle of "knowing" what is going on out there. Right or wrong, the more people that know, maybe just maybe it will discourage some unscrupulous people from attempting to profit off another unsuspecting person. There are some interesting facts and opinions on this subject on the Aero site like some have mentioned, and it might answer some of the very same questions I had when asking about "re-body" projects. Just my opinion I guess.
