So realistically this is more just me being inquisitive, and likely will have various responses. But I was thinking  :scratchchin: why were the daytonas rear windows more "filled in" per say then the charger itself? Was it performance, was it looks, or was there some reason that I can't think of? I don't have one, I've only seen ONE, but I'm curious. :shruggy:

Slowpoke

it was for aerodynamics's. the stock recessed window was awful at high speeds.

Air flows around the side of the car and wraps around the c pillars and causes what they call dirty air. ( Farts are another example :icon_smile_big:)  It causes so much turbulence that it actually slows the car down at racing speeds.

It created a low pressure area and actually at high speed wanted to lift the rear of the car and get it super loose.
Sold my Charger unfortunately....never got it finished.
