Propper door hindge installation?

I have trouble with my passenger side door opening and shutting once it's fully opened or closed.  I finally took a look at it to see if I could adjust it, looks to me maybe it is installed incorrectly?  I've never had the door off myself. 

Comparing the passenger side to the drivers, it looks upside down.

First pic is Pasenger side, second is drivers.

According to your pics, they are exactly as they should be. Checked my car and the hinges are the same.

Thanks for checking Fred. It takes a lot of effort to open the door open and then close it, because of the pressure on that S bar. Maybe it needs a rebuild.

Okay........just going by your pics, it looks to me like they need a good oiling with WD40 (or similar)and really make sure it penetrates to loosen everything up . I'd give that a go first.
