Full ring steering wheel (Haven't seen many of those) which mine is optioned with but doesn't currently have. Yes, early built car with no headrests. I wonder if it has the short bumperettes?

It was part of the SE package. I don't know if you could order it separately but you probably could.

Can't really tell if the C pillar was drilled for an SE badge either.  At least I can't on this monitor.

That is a neat odd duck for sure, my $0.10 is restore to original stuff including the 383.   I like the old sticker, might consider taking some really good pictures of that and finding a reproduction shop to make another bumper sticker someday for when the car is done, that would also be very interesting topic when people see it and where car came from.

Oh yeah, you absolutely have to retian the sticker even if a repro.  Intersting that its a Dodge dealer but they are utilizing the old Ford V8 logo on it.
