street dominator holes

ok the street dominator intake has 2 .625 holes in the rear of the intake. i assume its for some sort of emissions crap. i was going to just put a freezeplug in there. so i got a 5/8 freezeplug but it drops right it. the closest size to that is labled as 11/32and  measures .700 i dont see it compressing .08"  what do you guys use to plug the holes? i just got some aluminum heat tape over it for now.

They used to supply plugs , either make a plate or thread the holes , one goes into the plenum under the carb .
