Like any good member would, I did a search before I asked. ;)
Anyone know what's going on over at the clown's place?  This is what I get:

Smells like a hack or hijack. Brian does know how to spell.

What it means is that someone thinks that they didn't pay for the software they were using (vBulletin). This DOES NOT exactly mean that it is ScatPack's fault. If they purchased the software through a reseller (ie. their hosting company) and the reseller went out of business or oversold licenses then vBulletin can shut off the forum remotely. The main site seems to be working but there's no mention of the forum problems.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
