4 piston caliper mastercylinder

If I switch from stock front calipers on my 73, to Wilwood 4 pistons, do I need a bigger diameter mastercylinder?  ( Elderado rear calipers, single piston)

You could very well, if you are moving more and or larger pistons then you will need more fluid capacity to handle it.  Wilwood's tech line should be able to tell you what you need I would think.

I called Wilwood, they said the stock mastercylinder would work.
