Power steering pump pulley

I have a 1968 440 hp engine with no a/c.  I bought all new Saginaw power steering pump with correct brackets and all new correct engine pulleys.  The pulley is not lining up with the drive pulley.  My power steering pump pulley is from a 318 car with a/c.  Although it fits the pump, it does not line up with the engine pulley.  Am I correct to suspect that I need a different pump pulley?  Please help!!

How many groove water pump pulley do you have? Sounds like you need a different one

Water pump pulley has 1 groove.  Purchased from Year One along with new crank pulleys.

Make sure you did not install the power steering pump pulley upside down.
