I don't know what to do with this Accurate exhaust. After resetting the manifolds I still have to shove it up about 2 1/2" to get it into the hanger. Has anyone else had this problem? Tom told me it could cause the manifold flanges to break later but I don't see another option. The H-pipe on the pass side is less than 1/2" from hitting the bellhousing so the 90 can't really be bent any more. I doubt he's going to exchange it for me; and I doubt the next one would be any better.

For those of you who have installed your own exhaust, is it typical to have to push up on that spot to get the mufflers into the hangers? To you only have to push it up a half inch or so? Is 2-3 inches too far and does it create too much tension on the manifolds?
