2009 R/T Shaking, any suggestions?

I have a 2009 R/T. It has been starting to shake at idle and when pushed on the highway it hesitates like halfway through acceleration it hickups and keeps going, not a clean push. Dealer found nothing wrong with it. No engine light, 57,xxx miles. RPM gauge stays at 650. Any suggestions? Fuel filter replacement? Clean the intake with intake cleaner? Stock air filter system with K&N is okay.

Changed the plugs yet? The new hemis run champion copper cores are are toast in 30,000 miles. Good place to start.
