Where to start ?

 It's been a while since i have been here but here's my 68 coronet painted deep water blue.
I want to put the body plugs in, i,m guessing the thicker rubber ones go in the floor, is that right ?
This car has been apart for about 9 years now so I,m just trying to find stuff I can start doing until I
can afford to start buying parts. The window regulators I want to put in, but I'm thinking I should start
with the locks and latches ? I do have a new head liner but I'm not sure if I want to attempt this or not,
but maybe if theres a good step by step thread out there i might.

If you have any suggestions of what should be done first that would be appreciated.

I remember seeing a step by step chart that he had which showed what order to put a car back together in, which would be pretty helpful in your case, but I couldn't find on his site...

I'd start with the suspension and then the dash.
