I found this browsing old photos posted on the Windsor Star web site today. For those who don't know Windsor is a border Canadian city just south of Detroit

Looks like a couple Chargers had a rough train ride.

Any guess as to the year these 2 are? I see a front bumper, so 68 or 69 for sure. Would have been very intersting if I could see Hemi badges on the door but looks like they were most likely just XP cars

tan top

i think they are 68s , i say this because  , look where the green arrow is pointing  just to the left of it looks like a door lock button at the back edge of the door, & it shows up white in a negative picture

:yesnod:

And isn't the car slipping off the upper deck 1969 Plymouth Fury? That would indicate the Chargers are 1969 as well.

I'm pretty certain my 1970 Challenger R/T that I owned in the eighties was in a wreck such as this one.
The tie-down on the rear frame rail was pulled right out. And there was a thin layer of filler all the way down the left side, under the original color layer.

Start at the very left of the picture and count to the 4th car over on the top row and then drop down one.

Thanks Drache. Actually the Mrs. pointed that one out to me but with the reflection of the light on it I really wasn't sure.

Check out the factory marking on the back of the pumpkin of the upside down car.

They are always adding additional pics from their archives. If you follow the link I posted above, then click photos at the top of the pic you will be brought to some other old, mostly non auto, pictures. However, about the forth pic in or so is a photo of a strike at the Chrysler plant in Windsor from the 50s. Kinda cool to see.
