also i used a heat gun to heat up fins that where bent & straightened them.

if you look at this close you can see on the pass side lower the grill has a bow to it,i took some flat thin steel strips & gently clamped it over the warped section,the heated it up & the let it cool.... WALLA no more bow

Grille looks awesome. Neat trick to straighten out the bow. I'll have to rememeber that when I get to mine.

THE ONLy reason i can do anything is i have an ac window unit in the garage

I hope you put some bolts in the bolt holes.   It might be fun bolting in your seatbelts if you didn't.   It does look good though

no bolts,i used plastic plugs

well my restoration has changed direction a little,i was going to hang doors & fenders & then block all the lines & then take the car apart & paint the doors & fenders off the car,i decided to paint the jams, finish the BASIC body work on the doors & fenders,spray the final coat of clausens filler sealer,cut in the doors & fenders with black & put them all back on the car for hopefully the last time,i will then finish the rest of body work on the 1/4's & roof & do the final block sanding.
with the way i am doing it now, i can put my ac box , dash assy & install the windshield 

dont laugh i had a fight with the seam sealer,my hands have gotten so shaky i had seam sealer everywhere
