Have you ever been banned or locked out from a web forum?

Didn't Motor Trend magazine get a bad rap at one time for giving glowing road test reviews to automakers that advertised heavily in their magazine? I seem to recall this was about the time that Consumer Reports magazine rose in popularity!

You guys kill me.   I once was charged with a mild rape back in 1994 but I married the victim so charges were dropped.   Just ask my wife.

I haven't been banned anywere, but I don't return to a few forums because of the people usually, I don't care for all the bickering & pissing contests at Hot Rod, Motor Trend, High Performance Chevy, the Ye----Bullet either, this & the For B-Bodies Only forum are the best I have been to by far, good people good debates, good information, not as many pissing contests or BS, better moderators, better usability & way fewer a--holes here, for the most part very enjoyable, well mostly anyway, there are a few exceptions to the rule, but they are by-far the minority...

There are fewer recognizable names I see on Moparts. I'm still able to log on, but posting is verboten. Maybe the weather is better around the nation and lots of members are out doing other things. I doubt that it is because I was banned and others are staying away in protest. That WOULD be a nice gesture though......

I haven't been banned from Moparts...yet. But sometimes I wish I was!

Then I could just come back as another name and cause all sorts of grief.  

But now too many people know who I am. So I have to play nice.
