I asked this a few months ago with no real response... Why were N42 Bright Tips not available on 440 4 speed cars in 1972?  See pic...

Thanks for looking... I'm pretty sure the "E" means Extra Cost, but the page states "(NA 440 4BBL w/ Manual Trans)" right next to the option description.  This seems accurate when compared to the few 440 4-spd cars I've seen (no factory bright tips).  It doesn't make sense to me :shruggy:
