3rd Generation Ex- circle track racer

Found these pictures on a friend of mine's Facebook. Looks like it used to be a 1973-1974 Charger that was converted into a circle track racer. Doesn't look to be much left. Seems to have '71 fenders on it though. Not sure exactly where this sit rests but I know it's south east British Columbia.
