These are the wheels on my car and they look like they are cheap or really bad quality. Could someone enlighten me please?

Crager SS wheels...but from the looks of them, looks like chrome is flaking off

Yep, Definately not Cragars, I would say if you have the entire set and they are not all bent up I would re-chrome them, kinda unique! :2thumbs:
Sold my Charger unfortunately....never got it finished.

yep, they look like they could be rechromed as long as no damage to them :2thumbs:

Yeah they are Rockets, Cragars have a more flatter spoke.

terrible one

I happen to like the spokes on these better than the Cragars, similar to the old ET 5 spokes, they had the "peak" on the spokes like these Rockets.

The fact that they need rechromed to even look decent is bad for value. Are they 14" or 15"? 15's are generally worth a lot more when it comes to these vintage wheels. Also, are they unilug or true 5x4.5 bolt pattern?

I couldn't really get any more information on them. I'm not at home so i couldn't say. And i wanted to make them a smoky black color. To match the color I want to do on the car.

Chryco Psycho

they are a heavy 2 piece wheel , steel outer band & cast center , the mismatched metal or bad chroming seems to cause the peeling on most of these type of wheels

I found these pics...kind of a nice looking wheel

The best chrome plated wheel will not stand up to being neglected as most Cragars and the like were back in the day..I have a buddy that has had the same set of Keystones for 40 plus years...his secret? Sprays 'em with WD-40 about every other day...The Chrome is perfect. I actually thought they were new. Most who buy wheels today or back then, do NOT take care of them. I cannot tell you how many cars come in the shop with that brake dust eating away at the clearcoat on the newer cars wheels. Seriously? You can't take one afternoon and clean that sh*t off? Well, people didn't clean and wax them back then either, therfore, the chrome will only last so long.
