throttle bracket

with my new high rise intake and 2'' spacer im having trouble with the throttle cable reaching the carb....it doesnt lol...it works fine until i attach it to the bracket then it wont work. and since im going to a manual valve body and wont need the kickdown bracket anymore, does anyone know where i can get a raised throttle cable bracket? just the throttle cable bracket, not the kickdown/throttle cable.
