69 charger hood turn signal indiators

Ok, Now that I have the originals done, I would like to know how they mount to the hood .
The paint is in drying mode right now and I have not done a test fit yet,,, so I may be able to answer my own question. but thought I might ask here first ,,,just in case  I have a 'duh' moment

Hey Bill,
I think we are guilty one time or another of having a "duh" moment.  :yesnod: ;D

Think if the side marker assemblies. The turn signals mount very similarly in that they use a little backing plate. Put the lens housing assembly thru the hood from top down. The little backing plate goes up from the bottom & attaches with the two small nuts. BTW, the backing plate also provides the ground for the lamps to work, so make sure you get a good ground. Don't ask me how I know this.  :whistling:
