I have 3 dodge chargers and a 2 car garage. Im out of yard space here so I can't build another garage because of septic lines, setbacks, and zoning. I was going to buy an enclosed trailer but instead I decided to just buy another house with a garage. Im keeping the house Im at now since its already paid for. The house Im at now is 30 miles from work, New house is 2500 feet from work. I can walk to work  ;).  Its a hud house and needs some work. But I think its worth the $131,065 I paid for it.

Here are photo's of NEW house.

i was trying to figure the difference in price between the house and the trailer, but then noticed that the new house has a two car garage, you have room for another charger.  wise choice :2thumbs:

Guess it all depends on what state your in because around here that would be about a 90k home.

if you keep the house you already had, but live in the new house, are you gona rent the other one? if not, you will be paying double utilities. if you rent it you will still need storage for the third charger. :shruggy:

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Its complicated but Ill try and explain. The Garage I have now has a 1200 square foot apartment above and I starting building it in 1990. It is attatched to a 1008 square foot house Me and my mother bought together in 1988. She lives in the house. I live in the apartment above the garage. Im not renting out my garage/apartment. Ill still spend some time at my garage/apartment when I have long weekends or take vacation time from work.
