Real boobs or implants?    That's all I want to know.

In my mind (or hands) they BOTH are fun!

Now, doesn't that just settle this whole clone-real debate??????

The real ones would have more value and come with more prestige and bragging rights but, you could have more fun taking the implanted clones away from home on a daily basis knowing they are easily replaced should something bad happen.

it's not a prestigious original, but how about a show of hands for those who think the fake breasts are just as nice.

So that explains your preoccupation with "strap-ons" in your posts......we just need to know if this  is you or your life partner :scratchchin:

be careful, your stance on this type of lifestyle could be considered hateful or narrow minded. besides, a strap snap on comes in handy for the guy in this picture.

i can hardly wait to see what google ads i get now, since they like to tailor them to your recent searches. now excuse me, while i go bleach my eyeballs and curl up in a corner.

neither one is "funner".  both are beautiful cars, although the bottom one is "realer".

how does a clone "look" more fun?  Ours doesn't have any drugs in the console, strippers in the passenger seat or clowns doing magic tricks in the back seat.  Did we get screwed or something?

That was kinda my point Doug...a well done clone can be just as much fun and enjoyment as the real deal. The amount of fun you have really comes down to the owner, not so much the car...

And I agree with Earnie's quote above as well. There is definately a big difference between a real car and a clone, hence the big $$$ real cars command. But with only a few hundred of these cars made, and not all of those surviving 40+yrs, not alot of us can afford the real ones. Clones are as close as we'll get. And with so few real ones around, clones are also as close as many people will get to seeing one cruising around. I think they definately have a place in our hobby, as do the real ones. And as long as the distinction between the two can be maintained, everyone should be able to get along.

two things:

I can appreciate the work that went into the white car above.  That said, what the hell was the total bill on that thing???  It's gorgeous, and that doesn't come cheap.  If it was someone with the time and talent to do it themselves, more power to them, but if you have to pay for something like that you're in for tens of thousands of dollars, and you still have a fake car.  There are enough driver Superbirds lying around that you could have (and there are sales in the past 2-3 years to prove it) that you could have had a real live car for about the same money.  Driver clones are one thing--you really DO have less money in them--but the flawless recreations leave me scratching my head.  If I couldn't have what I wanted, and I had the skills to create something so beautiful, I'd pull off the bodywork equivalent of Troy trades until I did.  I know a lot of people who did just that to get what they wanted, wing car, Chevy or whatever.  One of my good friends here flipped in and out of six cars to get his 'bird, and my best friend had to flip four.

I don't get the 'clones are as close as people get to seeing one' thing, either.  Honestly--there are over 1,200 surviving wing cars vs how many clones?  In northeast Ohio there are more than 15 real cars to two clones, and one of those is ours.  Obviously we're not a normal area, but again clones aren't clogging the streets.

And within 55mi of me including mine there are seven birds, three 6pk's,three 4bbl's and one Hemi, all real cars and four are driven, the other to are not in driveable condition.
