Door Weatherstrip Screws '69

Found a lot of posts re: installation of new door weatherstripping, but none of them mention the screws that go on the start of the strip up by the vent window.  It looks like 3 screws are used on this piece and I wanted to know what kind of screws are used.  It also looks like the screw hole in the vent window chrome might be threaded but can't tell.  The other two are probably just sheet metal screws, but would like to pics of them installed to be sure.

The one that goes in the chrome vent wing, I'm not 100% sure,

But, all the rest are a simple #8 x 1/2" pan head sheetmetal phillips screw in black phosphate

The one that goes in the vent wing is a chrome plated, pan head screw. 8/32" thread, about 3/8" long.
