I am still searching high and low for my first charger and came across this...

http://sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/cto/2722762024.html

I have been looking a lot and this car "appears" decent...seen a lot worse. I have not researched 70's at all and I am wondering if this is even close to a fair price :shruggy:. I know the ad is not really detailed. Maybe it's a rare option car? Maybe it's a members car that could explain...  :popcrn:

Just wondering...

From the looking at the picture $18k is way too much for that car. Maybe more pics would help. If you can budget 18k save up some more and find a better deal. keep looking for that price theres alot better out there.

Too expensive from how it is represented.

Figure out what you want and how much $$ you can afford and guys here can help you out in finding a car.

If your willing to pay $18 for that car, look at this for a few grand more. :2thumbs:

It's the rabbit from Monty Python.  Run away! Run away!

Actually, if your main criterion for considering this overpriced POS is that you've "seen a lot worse," I'm pretty sure you're headed in the wrong direction.

I don't have that big of a budget. I was just wondering what was so special about it. Didn't look worth that much to me either...

Gregory

Just to clear things up, I am NOT interested in this car, I was wondering if it was made of gold or something

And the seen worse statement was meant as ... It does not look bad but it looks over priced

bull

Is this guy serious?! I'm not surprised that you're not interested. I'd offer about 1/3 what he's asking.

If you want 1 off craigslist I would suggest looking at this 1

I don't know anything about it except for what's on thebut l ad.

Dodge Don

I'd say $8k max for that car....maybe.

For $18k you can get a nice decent 70 Charger or 70 Charger 500.
