I sent to balance the 440 crank to make the stroker into my 400 with 0.010 undercut rod journals, but when assembling the engine, the oil clearence was not good so had to sent it back to cut them to 0.020

really need to ?

no rebalance necessary for journal grinding.
1968 505" EFI 4-speed
1968 D200 Camper Special, 318/2bbl/4spd/4.10

grrreat, thanks! not REALLY worried about the money ( although something to think about too ) on this really, but the time involved!!!
