Hello all.  First off for the mods...thanks for having a site like this available.  It has a ton on information that I can fall back on plus you can't beat first hand knowledge from those on the forum that has "been there and done that".

About me....well, I am in the market for a 69 Charger.  That has been my dream car since I was 5 years old.  And although sickening to some, I would like a GL replica.  It is on my bucket list and one I'd like to mark off within the next year or so.  Will be looking for a 383 (at a minimum).

Afterwards, I would like to use it to help out with the make-a-wish foundation.  There are a ton of folks that want to just ride in the GL.  Don't think it's too much to provide a ride for a child that wants to do something like that (and I'm sure their dad wouldn't mind a ride too).

Anywho, I currently live near Omaha, Nebraska (active duty military, orignally from Louisville, KY).  Not too many for sale locally....seems like alot are in the Wisconson area.  Any idea why?

Any tips on what to look for when buying a charger?  I know the usual stuff about searching for rust and what not.  Anything charger specific?  Are parts diffucult to come across for the 68-70 chargers?
Thanks for tips and suggestions
Phil
