New to the forum and could use some help!

[1969R/T]

Hello all,
I've been a mopar fan my entire life, owned many and dreamed of even more. All in all there is only one I truly regret ever letting go... My 1969 Charger R/T 440 Auto on the floor (Hemi orange, Black vinyl top, Black Bumble Bee stripe). Anyway it was the late 70's, gas prices were on the rise and I sold it to my cousin (Randy J.) who not too long after had a little too much to drink and decided he was gonna show off to his buddies. Well... He couldn't handle the power, got sideways on him, caught and ran head on into a poll ... (no injures, just bruised ego)... After the wreck he sold it to a man from Waterloo, Iowa who's name I can't for the life of me remember...

Anyway, I would love to get it back but at the very least would like to find some closure so to speak and find out what ever happed to the car and figured what the hell, it won't hurt to see if anyone on here has any info.

Couple stand out things about the car, in my youth I painted the engine bay black before I learned mopars were body color in the engine bay, and my cousin took the factory buckets out before selling it to the guy in Waterloo, Iowa... I was born and raised in Iowa City, Iowa by the way.

Any information at all would be greatly appreciated, sorry about the long post....
