...license plate mounted on the nose

...going thru some old pix earlier and remembered this one

...I purchased the Superbird from the original owner in North Baltimore Ohio...it was a 10K mile car and was like a time capsule although it had been dinged and scraped by the little old lady owner parking it in her garage...but it was like new, EVERYWHERE

...it had the four license bolts attached to the top of the nose, never noticed another winged car done this way

...the car was later restored and made a few magazines

ps...I drove it 3K miles that summer, drove like a new car

The superbird in April70 road test had its plate mounted like that I think .Other superbirds I seen had it different
