Now if most people would just follow these simple rules, we wouldn't make Chris and Troy move threads constantly. However I've noticed lately that not as many threads are being moved as they used to be.

  Informative vid,  hey, it said it is always better to post in an existing thread than to start a new one, but if you go back a ways and post in an old thread, this has been criticized and some say, "Why you bring up an old thread, can't you start a new one?"  etc.
