Hi Guys & Gals.   Went to our annual GM show in Melbourne today and thought you might like to see some pics of what's around over here.
The first pic shows my Pontiac Le Mans (it's the turquoise one).
Enjoy!

Sad to see it all go to waste like that. But back then all anybody wanted to do was update and modernise. :'(
It's only now that we realise how foolish we were to part with what we can't seem to get enough of now.

True I suppose.
There used to be a guy around years ago with a HD Holden sedan left hooker, it had came in from Hawaii apparently, pretty oddball enough to be cool. Also Greece was another export territory, but likely they would all be rusted away to nothing now. Had quite a few Holdens before a switch to Valiants and then leftys, best thing I ever did, but was brought up on HQ's as the family cars/ work hacks, then on to VB, VN, VP Commordores . Those ecotec V6 3.8's were a huge leap forward, man they had some poke, quicker than a stock 308
My bro inlaw has a HR sedan, mint as in deep greeny blue with a white lid and 179 with 'glide, nice and cool but I wouldnt want to own one now

Same here I had a HR wagon with a 186 engine. It was a terrific driver but I wouldn't want it back. Some were meant to go to the graveyard and stay there. On the other hand, I never should have parted with my XB GT Coupe.  I wouldn't mind owning that little baby again.
