throttle cable

Will the throttle cable that was orginally on my 69 318 2bbl work with the 440 that I put in it with a holley carb or do I need a different one. Thanks for any info

it should work , even if it is short you can add an extension bar ,unless you want it to look factory

Thanks for the reply I worked on the car today and I modified the bracket off the carb a little and its going to work.

most of the time the cable will reach with the correct bracket which is often not there so with minor modification you can make it work
