1973 Charger SE (Noob Question)

So I am looking to purchase my first Charger a 1973 SE, and I just want to get an opinion of what some of you more seasoned professionals think she is worth. Took me awhile to find all the bells and whistles I was looking for.
Here is what I know about her.

It has been completely torn down and coated the frame and all under body with POR15, and has some putty work done to the rear quarter panel but unsure on extent.
7.2 440 BB (not original and needs new radiator) but turns over.
new stainless steel brake lines
brakes rebuilt
power windows
factory power sunroof (non working)
New 727 Torque flight transmission rebuilt
Cheetah Shifter
New 3.55 rear end with sure grip
Tuff Wheel
New Carpet
Headman Headers-ceramic coated

Interior needs work but it has all the parts needed to put it together.
