Headlamp vacuum hoses

I thought I had everything hooked up right, but when you crank up the car the headlamp doors flip up on their own (even with headlamp switch in the off position), and stays open even when you flip the headlamp switch to on?
Any clue on what I did wrong, or any test procedures?

yellow/amber striped vacuum line goes to the top vacuum port on the headlamp door actuator
green striped line goes to the vacuum canister
plain /no stripe vacuum line goes to the bottom port on the headlamp door actuator

Thanks, although the original striping is not visible on my hoses, Im sure I can trace everything.

Thanks, got them fixed, had 2 hoses crossed up, work fine now!
