Just wondering who made the trip to Indy this week, and how the new venue was?

I'll probably be swinging by tomorrow - unless this rain keeps up.

About 100 miles but it's 120 from my house to the event since it's on the west side of Indy.

Troy , I need an A body 4 speed with bell housing and linkage.  If you happen to see something that might work for me, please give me a call 618 558-7278.  Thanks Allen

Got in thrusday and set up up. so far so good.
Spaces were laid out a little weird but it seemed to work out for the best, so I can't really complain.

friday morning we got to the spaces about 9am, and sales started off reasonable,,  with  decent foot traffic all morning and it started to die off around 2 or 3pm . we closed up and headed for the hotel about 5

saturdays threat of rain I think kept a lot of out of towners away. Overall I feel foot traffic was decent. but not much if any jump from friday , which is not a good thing.
sales were not as good as friday but for the the 1st time at this location, I think it went well.

From what I could see, car show was pretty good on friday, but  packed saturday

Was it worth to me ?  Yes.
Will I plan on next year ?   Yes

MY overal impressioins, I liked it and I think the promotors did a pretty good  job  at making the move from Gateway as painless as possibile for anyone who made the trip

I was there, the show was much smaller then last year.  But it was better laid out and alot of fun.  Took 500 pics and a few videos.  I'll post them once I get them online.

Rode down with Pat & his wife on Sat., first Monster Mopar show, nice to meet you Devil. All in all was good show, not really looking for anything, but bought a 69 Dart, B5, 318 AC, black bench & black interior. Car was originally a Gold color  :eek2:, custom model, but it still has all of its original sheet metal. Interior needs a head liner, but is all there as far as I can tell, only my second A-body. All the body work is done, he put an A-body 8.375, 3.23 sure grip in it, & I got the numbers matching motor & tyranny. God I need to learn how to post Pict's. Of course I used man math to rationalise  buying it.  :icon_smile_big:.
