There is a project car on ebay now.  I was intriguted by the X22 badge / designation.  Could only find that they had an X22 show car at the Chicago auto show, but it was a T-top car so this one is obviously not the same car.  Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds interesting to me, I like the oddball stuff so mid 70s are interesting

Now watch what you say or they'll be calling you a radical,
      a liberal, oh fanatical, criminal.
Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're

In 1975, the Charger reverted back to the X VIN designation. An XS22 VIN is nothing more than the designation of a 75-77 Charger SE. The Cordoba was SS22, the Charger XS22. The XS22 decal pictured does not appear to be factory.

In 76, there was the XS22 Charger (same body style as the Cordoba) and the 1976 only Coronet based WH Charger Sport model.

I guess the change to X is just right for that reason, the Charger wasn't anymore a Coronet Based to share the W, EXCEPT on 76 for that specific model
Venezuelan RT 74 400 4bbl, 727, 8.75 3.23 open. Now stroked with 440 crank and 3.55 SG. Here is the History and how is actually: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,7603.0/all.html

It looks home made. Im my opinion it isn't a rare car at all.
I may be schizophrenic but at least I have us!

In a brief search I couldn't find anything, but there aren't exactly reams of information online about 4th gens.
