Getting my front suspension apart is turning into the exercise from hell. Any suggestions on how to get all the rusty bolts loose other than liquid wrench?

PB Blaster has always been my preferred product, but I doubt it would make much difference over the liquid wrench. Do you have a torch? That would be my next go to. Heat works wonders.

There are a bunch of products on the market like PB Blaster that all claim to loosen rusty nuts and bolts. I haven't found any that seem to work any better than PB Blaster. As mentioned above heat is your friend.

Impact gun. If you don't have air get a good electric/cordless one.

I'm Bored! what to do next......

Yup, heat. Heat the area around whichever part you want to come out as best you can. If you can't concentrate the heat on a specific area, heat it all. Heat expands metal and cold shrinks it.

That is how I got my front end out! Lots of heat, couple of cans of spinach (insert Popeye reference here) and a bucket load of elbow grease! I tried the rattle gun but true grit worked best.

Just make sure you don't heat for too long otherwise the bolt will also heat up and expand, so you wouldn't have gained much!
Make it idiot proof, and somebody will make a better idiot!

I've read recently that a 50/50 mix of Acetone and ATF is the best penetrating oil available.

Here is a link to what i saw:

go down to post #11 for some values taken from "the April/May edition of Machinist's Workshop magazine"

I usually lube up my rusty bolts for several days prior attempting to bust them loose, I've tried all the top name brands of penetrating oil and really don't see much difference.  :yesnod:
