I had talked about this car once before but I was finally able to get some pics of it.  Pretty ingenious if you ask me.

Wow what year did they do the conversion looks well done.

I'm not sure.  I first saw the car about 6 years ago but I have yet to talk to the owner.  It's a somewhat local car to me and its a car that everyone seems to know about but this is only the second time I've encountered it.

That's a pretty cool conversion. 

I suppose if you had to decide to either get rid of the car you like or convert it, you choose the obvious. I'd rather have a conversion like that than some kind of van.
