Japanese cartoon with a Canadian Charger? I think It's supposed to be a "green" charger as I'm guessing it's electric, due to the cord coming out of the grill and the wind mill in the back. Pretty cool pic.

Yeah I think the idea was green energy....green charger. However if you have lived in Western Canada a power cord coming out of the front usually means a engine block heater.
