thanks in advance :2thumbs:

I am getting ready to order some vintage race style 15" x 8" wheels for my Superbird and am planning on putting a set of 255/60/r15 Eagle GTll's all the way around and am not sure what would be the best backspacing. The wheels that I am getting usually are made with a 3" or 4" backspacing but may be able to be made a little more than 4" if necessary. My big problem now is that I need to get them order now so I can get them made before a big show that I am participating in.

Thanks,
WINGR/Steve

Go for 4" backspace. That centers the wheel while providing at least some dish look.

I have 15x8 crager ss with 4 1/2  backspace and 295/50 bfg's, perfect fit.

What did you end up with?  Did the 255's do ok up front?  Maybe I should ask on the aero forum to see if anyone had rub problems with valences .
